Reservations: For reservations call (812) 340-0700, or complete the reservation form below to submit your trip request. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation of your requested trip (most likely as a text message) along with details/instructions for payment and where to meet. We meet at/near the adventure location (not our office). Call (812) 340- 0700 for more information, questions, or to reserve by phone. All river trips must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to reserve your place. Also, river trips will have a “contingency trip”, in the event the river is too high or low to run. We reserve the right to modify your trip request in consideration of local conditions.
Payment Options Basic prices are listed on the page for the associated adventure. We accept a variety of payment options:
- Cash is preferred. Most meeting locations have little to no internet data coverage so running electronic payments in the field is difficult.
- Paypal – over the phone, text.
- Zelle – our Zelle number is 8123400700
- Venmo – in the field with data coverage, among friends @Pathfinder-Outfitters. We can send the QR code via text message
- Credit or Debit Cards – We no longer accept credit or debit cards.
Receipts can be provided by request if not automatically provided by the payment method.
