Big Sand Creek – Excellent Run for Experienced Kayakers
Big Sand Creek is one of Indiana’s best kept kayaking secrets! Pathfinder Outfitters offers full day (7.5 – 10 hour) trips through the beautiful limestone canyons of Big Sand Creek. The trips are guided and reservations must be made in advance. This is not a beginner trip but intermediate skill level is required. This is one of Indiana’s 3 best kayak trips. This trip can only be done April through July due to needing plenty of water to make it flow.
This is a remote trip, requiring some outdoor skills and very fun.
